MENU PLANNING & PRICING
It's easy to plan a menu that meets both your service needs and your budget.
PORTIONS
All our EVERY-DAY MENU items are available for catering in any quantity and
portion size. Our dinners for two make generous servings and can easily be portioned to serve three or four. NOTE: The more variety you have, (appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes), the smaller the entree's portions should be (buffets). Plated and Family Style meals should have larger entree potions.
MIX AND MATCH
Choose different menu items for unlimited variety & for the dietary preferences of your guests! NOTE: Serve dishes that complement each other. Also order low or no salt, fat, gluten, or sugar
EVERYTHING
is completely prepared here so it is all Ready-To-Cook in any kitchen!
Bring us your own casserole dishes for a buffet or family style service. NOTE: Plan a menu that will work in your kitchen setting (equipment and cookware) and fits your cooking style.
PRICING
Entrees can range from $2.50 (Stuffed Chicken) to $10.75 (Seafood
Casserole) per person, depending on the menu item and portion size you choose. NOTE: To calculate an estimate the cost per person, divide the menu price of the entree for two by 2,3 or 4 servings.
SPECIAL SERVICES
Chef Service includes free delivery, cooking in your kitchen or BBQ, presentation (plating or buffet set up) and kitchen clean up. $75.00 hour/ per chef. + Meals Tax
Service Staff available for buffet serving, table service and/or clean up. $10.00 hour/ per staff. NOTE: Availability of these services may be limited. Requests must be made well in advance.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit for the total food cost is due to confirm your order. Full payment must be made before the food is delivered. Special Services will be billed separately. A prepayment (by check or cash only) of estimated service charges is due before services are rendered. Full payment for actual services and time is due the day and time the services are completed. NOTE: Meals Tax is charged only for the food we cook. There is no Meals Tax for the food that you will cook. Gratuities are not included.

Now you can serve fresh, home cooked food without the incredible amount of work and time it takes to plan, shop, chop, prepare and clean up even BEFORE you cook! We do all that for you and you still get all the credit for cooking!
