Top Sirloin Brisket slow cooked with potatoes, onions, broth and herbs. Brown the beef beef , add the rest, boil, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Sslow cook for one hour. Add potatoes and cook 15-20 min. longer. Finish with a little lemon juice stirred in. This is an easy, scrumptious way to enjoy beef! Ideal with buttered egg noodles and our Buttered Peas, Onions & Mushrooms Dinner is ready in less than two hours.
